When I joined VACCO Industries 13 years ago it was the 4/10 work schedule that piqued my interest the most. Having this work/life balance provided me with more time to spend with my young growing family; moments that I will remember for a lifetime. However, it’s the sense of accomplishment I feel after completing challenging projects, and being part of a company that makes investments in its employees personal & professional growth that keeps me excited about coming to work every day

I started my career at VACCO over 39 years ago. I have seen this company grow from 100 employees to over 400 employees in a matter of years, which has made it an exciting time to work here at VACCO. What has kept me here are the opportunities I have had to grow along with the company. I have been fortunate enough to work with some great people and to be a part of some great teams. I look forward to many more successful years at VACCO.

I have worked for VACCO industries for 40 years and I have seen the ebbs and flow within this organization evolve over the years. As a whole, the company has grown tremendously, and I have been lucky enough to be involved in a host of satisfying IT projects that have enhanced the company’s footprint into the 21st century. I have programmed all of VACCO’s reports, BI dashboards and helped build the company’s infrastructure to manage its evolution. This has brought me great satisfaction. Having played a part in the organization’s growth and success while being surrounded by a great team gives me tremendous joy.
