SUMMARY:
- Performs daily analysis of chemical processing solutions
- Creates manufacturing routers and associated data entries in ERP system for new parts according to design specification
- Updates existing manufacturing routers for new process specifications or work centers
- Performs observations on production floor to document and understand processing times
- Reviews raw material requirements for all product lines and coordinates with the planning team to ensure the correct materials are ordered
- Directly supports production floor when abnormal manufacturing conditions are encountered and develops process changes as needed
- Assists with planning capital improvement projects
- Supports internal and external Quality Assurance audits
- Make updates to existing manufacturing procedures due to process changes or improvements
- Identifies manufacturing areas where process improvement is needed
- Able to operate equipment used in each manufacturing process
- Assists with chemical inventory management
