JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing systems: Evaluating systems like manufacturing, delivery, and customer experience to identify areas for improvement 
• Designing systems: Creating processes, systems, or enhancements to increase productivity, efficiency, or space 
• Developing standards: Working with customers and management to develop standards for design and production 
• Implementing recommendations: Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement recommendations for improving productivity or performance 
• Presenting recommendations: Presenting analysis and recommendations to management and other stakeholders 
• Developing control systems: Designing control systems to coordinate activities and production planning 
• Enacting quality control procedures: Enacting quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs 
• Developing instruction manuals: Developing instruction manuals for production personnel 
• Ensuring work processes are safe: Ensuring that work processes are safe
