Title:  Engineer, Project III

The project engineer drives engineering programs through all phases of design and development working with customers, suppliers and internal team members.  They perform and coordinate all engineering activities to meet customer needs working with designers, analysts, manufacturing engineers, test engineers, supply chain, operations and quality to meet schedule and deliver quality hardware.  They work with customers to define and meet specifications, provide detailed design reports to support structural and performance criteria by analysis, create engineering drawings to define technical requirements that are manufacturable, and establish test plans and procedures to validate hardware meets performance criteria.  They support operations and quality departments to disposition non-conforming product and identify processes to improve production or design.
